WRC chosen as ArtPlace America Finalist

WRC was recently chosen as a grant recipient finalist by ArtPlace America, a collaboration that exists to position art and culture as a core sector of comprehensive community planning and development. WRC is one of 90 finalists chosen for the ArtPlace 2015 National Grants Program. The next round of ArtPlace’s National Grants Program recipients will be announced in June.

Wilmington Receives Downtown Development District Designation

On January 14, Governor Jack Markell announced Wilmington’s designation as a Downtown Development District (DDD) at Delaware College of Art and Design (DCAD). Wilmington, along with Seaford and Dover, will receive benefits such as tax breaks, city/county incentives and grants.
